Shipping policy

Processing time

Stocked orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Swiss public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Unstocked orders (items marked as “pre-order”) are not yet in stock and may take additional time to ship. Estimated availability will be noted on the product page where possible, but shipping timelines for unstocked orders are not guaranteed. You will be notified once your order has shipped.

If your order contains both stocked and pre-order items, all items will ship together once everything is available.

Shipping rates

  • Switzerland: Free shipping via Swiss Post.
  • Austria & Germany: Flat rate of $25.00 per order via Swiss Post, duties and taxes included (DDP).
  • United States: Flat rate of $30.00 per order via Swiss Post, duties and taxes included (DDP).
  • Europe: Flat rate of $15.00 per order via Swiss Post, duties and taxes not included (DAP).
  • International: Flat rate of $20.00 per order via Swiss Post, duties and taxes not included (DAP).

Orders to Austria, Germany, and the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means customs duties and import taxes are included in the price. Orders to all other international destinations are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP), which means customs duties and import taxes are not included and may be collected upon delivery by local authorities.

Estimated delivery times

  • Switzerland: 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to countries subject to international sanctions. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@networkedartifacts.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
